In this class, we’ll make some of the dishes made famous by the Queen of Creole Cuisine, Leah Chase, who maintained that "there is no greater calling than feeding people" with a healthy twist!
Chef Keesha will not only show you how to make each dish, she will introduce you to some of the highlights of Ms. Chase's long career as a chef and restaurateur.
